The Accelerated (one-year) Full-time MBA Option (39 credit hours):
The accelerated MBA option at WSU provides a business experience that can be completed within a 12 month period. Like the full-time (two-year) program, the accelerated program features nationally prominent faculty and encourages frequent and personal interaction among faculty and students.
Unlike many other MBA programs, the College of Business at WSU offers a high-quality, intense MBA curriculum in a small, cohort-based format. MBA students are enrolled in cohorts of approximately 30 students each year and complete coursework and outside activities with the same group of students throughout their time in the program. The smaller class sizes enable more individual interactions with professors and graduate programs staff including career placement professionals. Students also participate in a required, supervised internship and an international elective.
Prior to starting the summer semester in the program, students must have completed the following prerequisite Business foundation courses from an AACSB accredited or approved business program and have earned an average of a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale with no more than two grades below a B in the following courses:
