What’s included in registration
Registration is $250 and includes one 8-ft table with table linen, two chairs, reception for two recruiters, free parking at the Center for Undergraduate Education parking garage, wireless Internet, receipt and storage of pre-shipped display materials, assistance with booth set-up, and an interviewing room for optional student interviewing at Next-Day Interviews on Friday, February 20.
Additional fees
$50 for additional attendees
Registration for two attendees is included in your $250 registration fee. If you are bringing more than two representatives, you will need to purchase additional ticket(s). In order to ensure we have enough food and materials for all participants, additional tickets MUST be purchased prior to arrival on campus.
Please note: Additional tickets will not be available for purchase at the Career Night Reception.
Why the fee increase?
If you’ve participated in the Career Night in the past, you’ve probably noticed our registration fee has remained the same for the last several years. However, due to continually rising costs for many of our expenses (such as food, facilities, parking, etc.), it was necessary to increase our fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and promise to continue to provide the high quality event you have come to expect.
Registration Changes
CHANGES TO YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Any changes to your registration, such as electrical needs, number of representatives attending, participation in Next-Day Interviews, etc., must be emailed to the Event Coordinator. A revised invoice will be emailed if changes affect invoice charges.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if you cancel your registration on or before Friday, February 6th.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations after Friday, February 6 or for no-shows at the Career Night.
