Sigma Iota is a student club where people with common interests in the hospitality industry come together to share ideas, network, and gain industry and leadership experiences. Members are given the opportunity to serve the community, and attain personal growth and knowledge.
Sigma Iota members plan and execute Winefest each fall, the Spring Event raffle and barbecue, WSU parent weekend brunches, a holiday party, and many other fun events. Students may earn up to 100 hours toward the 1,000 hours requirement by actively participating in Sigma Iota sponsored events and general meetings.
