Eta Sigma Delta (formerly Sigma Iota) is a student club where people with common interests in the hospitality industry come together to share ideas, network, and gain industry and leadership experiences. Members are given the opportunity to serve the community, and attain personal growth and knowledge. 

Eta Sigma Delta members plan and execute Brewfest each fall, Winefest each spring, and many other fun events. Students may earn up to 100 hours toward the 1,000 hour industry requirement by participating in Eta Sigma Delta sponsored events and general meetings.
