Welcome to the Department of Marketing in the College of Business. Our department offers students the opportunity to major or minor in marketing, as well as the option to earn a Ph.D. with an emphasis in marketing.
Marketing monitors and investigates the changing needs of commerce and promotion and creates products and services designed to meet those needs. Marketing involves sales, advertising, promotion, retail management, marketing research, pricing, physical distribution, new product introduction, branding, international business, and e-commerce.
