Events
are held throughout the year, giving students the opportunity to network with company representatives. Be sure to check with the Center for current and upcoming events.
The
Business Student Welcome Event
is held at the beginning of fall semester every year to welcome business students and communicate to them what resources are available within the College of Business. Students mingle with faculty and college administration in an informal environment and learn about exciting opportunities such as club involvement, study abroad, and graduate school.
Career Opportunity Night
is an event for business students to meet company representatives in a semi-formal environment, to discuss job and internship opportunities the night before the Palouse Career Expo. The event allows students to start or continue networking with companies in which they have an interest.
The
Business Club Case Competition
(BC3)
is a one-day event that involves assessing and enhancing students’ business skills. Students will utilize leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation skills to analyze and find solutions to presented cases. The feedback provided at the end of each case will help in future case competitions.
