The questions at the end of the evaluation instrument are written with the intent of obtaining information regarding the following:
- Your overall impression of the product
- The three best qualities of the product
- Possible solutions to the drawbacks you identify
When asked to respond to marketing questions, please know that we are asking for your professional opinion. Please be as direct as possible. Your identity as an evaluator will remain anonymous to the inventor.
Once you have completed the evaluation, please e-mail it to iac@cb.wsu.edu within one week of receiving the file.
Please let us know the amount of time you spend doing this evaluation. To acknowledge your generous donation you will be given $100 per hour spent of “Gift Club Credit” with the WSU Foundation. Gifts of services are not tax deductible according to IRS regulation but your donation will be acknowledged in the Honor Roll of Donors and count toward any Gift Club level you contribute to.
