Review expectations the college has for ethical behavior by administrators, faculty, and students. Evaluate whether these expectations have been effectively communicated internally and externally. Establish a code of ethics for students.
- Assess the current level of support for diversity within the college and identify ways we can further support diversity.
- Establish specific goals and incorporate in regular reports.
- Use a climate survey to gauge the perceptions of faculty and staff within the college with respect to the effectiveness of the college leadership, the level of trust and respect within the college and its units, and the level and effectiveness and communication within the college.
- Communicate internally and externally this priority.
Strategy 4.2: Further develop internal communications to inform and engage faculty and staff regarding College priorities and activities.

Facilitate regular communication between CB administration, faculty, and staff (e.g., INSIDE CB, eDividend).
- Better utilize re-designed website for internal communication needs.
- Hold semi-annual all-College meetings.
- Develop more effective and consistent mechanisms for informing the college of faculty research successes.
