The Office of Technology provides a number of resources for faculty, staff, and students based on their affiliation with the College of Business. Resources may include Front Page/Web accounts, Microsoft .NET accounts, Instant Messaging accounts, wireless printing access, file space, etc. In addition, WSU's Student Computing Services and Technical Assistance Center have a number of resources to assist anyone associated with the university. To accomplish our mission of advancing technology within the CB, we offer a number of services for students, faculty, and staff. These services include:
- Maintenance of Faculty/Staff Computers: OT provides direct computer support for all CB-owned computers. This service includes the installation and troubleshooting of software and hardware as well as technical consulting. Faculty and Staff members may report any technology-related problems or concerns by emailing cbhelp@cb.wsu.edu.
- Computer Lab Support: OT supports and maintains several computer labs and e-classrooms in Todd Hall, as well as the James C. Nelson Gallery of Excellence.
- Videoconferencing: OT provides WECN IP-based video conferencing. This service is available to departments and faculty for meetings, classes, and special events. Please visit the Reservations page for scheduling.
- Copy Center: OT provides a copy center usable by all CB departments. This center is located in Todd Hall and provides convenience for faculty and staff needing an inexpensive alternative to their departmental copier or the other centers on campus.
- Student Resources: in support of the Wireless Laptop Initiative and the overall goals of the College of Business, we make a variety of resources available to CB students. These include software, printing access, and documentation.
